1. Identify and develop strategy - marketing plan • Planning of the annual integrated plan to achieve its objectives for the brand • Giving oriented product development, target customer segments, key market consumption, the settings positioning / repositioning, MKTG planning, construction planning and brand development / team brands. • Based on MKTG plan to promote for the brand / label group: media planning advertising marketing, promotions, public relations contracts and other MKT programs ...... . • Set the price for the new product. Subscribe market fluctuations and price proposals to change the current group 2. Implement marketing activities • Manage marketing plans, promotional plans for the brand / group approved label. • Brief for Agencies (both ATL and BTL activities) to have an understanding of the objectives, orientations trademark / brand team and the product characteristics up to 1 media planning and optimal advertising trademark / brand groups; 2 offer design / design appropriate; 3 activation and effective operation. • Supervise and coordinate with agency / departments concerned to implement the activities for the MKTG brand / group labels • Coordinating with the agency / departments concerned to implement the new product launch. • Lead and manage the deployment of staff to promote marketing activities, product advertising, and brand development / brand team. 3. Evaluation of marketing activities • Coordinating with the agency / sales, sales data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of MKTG activities / campaigns. • Collect feedback from the market, feedback from customers about the products and services of the company to measure the satisfaction level of the consumer 4. Product innovation and development of new SP • Coordinate with R&D Dept. to conduct research and develop new SP upgrade / improve existing products. • Work with the agency to design packaging / labels for new products and enhancements SP.
• Understand the knowledge of building and developing brands, the tools of marketing, research methods, information collection and consumer markets. • Experience in developing new products. • University degree with 5 years of experience
