1. Achieving sales targets through the Business Management • Achieve and exceed annual sales target of the charge: Revenue, effective business partner NPP • Ensure sales teams, distributors comply with the business policy of the company • Seriously implement the monitoring activities of the sales team in the market, always supervise and guide business personnel in the field. • Proactively Addressing issues potentially affecting business performance, regulation policy of the company / business room • Proactive planning / monitoring implementation of sales targets, coverage, display products in accordance with the business strategy of prevention • Proposed disposal / distributor appointed and timely reporting of activities of competitors 2. Management HR - Staff Training • Recruit, train, supervise support business in the region • Evaluate and report the performance of staff • Coordinate with training to identify and implement appropriate training needs to develop the sales skills of the sales team Region 3. Data-Report • Ensure the accuracy of the data management system of the NPP business. • Regularly monitor and supervise the implementation of monitoring / admin / NPP • Prepare annual business plans and cost management personnel Region • Regular analysis of business data and propose short-term orientation plan for ASM / Supervisor to ensure the stable development of each sector in the region
• Knowledge of building and managing distribution system FMCG industry • Knowledge of the history, culture, values, principles and operational leadership of the company. • University degree with 5 years of experience
