• Ensure the provision/delivery of all support to Sales Team and Technical Operations team around the key areas of: nutritional formulation, additive support at customer level, farm management advice, management of solutions via software, etc. • On-going training of our Sales/Technical Teams • Champion proprietary software where relevant • Ensure that concepts and products are connected to customer and prospects systematically via conducting and supporting trials. He/she will ensure the data will translate into added value for our customer • Ensures development, deployment and success of Proof of performances (POP) of solutions and product offering for the consumption of the sales team and clients • Communicate information on solutions and products effectively both orally as well as in written format to stakeholders (ie. Sales people, distributors, customers or colleagues) • Support the development and execution of company marketing plans • Establish, develop and maintain relationships at a senior technical level within the businesses of our predefined Key Accounts • Stakeholders ensuring strong and reliable relationships are established to provide with business advantages and benefits • Ensure advancement of company’s value offering via introduction of well-thought out products that are innovative and market driven
• Master or Bachelor degree in Animal science or Veterinary Medicine • At least 10 years technical experience in the field of Animal nutrition gained while working with a leading agribusiness based in VN – 5 years in a management role • Good experience of working and dealing with relevant stakeholders such as the commercial team, business partners, customers • Demonstrable Nutrition formulation skill sets • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Excellent technical know-how on production and management of at least one core area (Swine/Poultry/Aqua) • Good ability to communicate in English at a proficient or advanced level
