Report to: Head Production
• Determine and confirm delivery dates for customer’s sales orders and intercompany demand for finished products and sub-assemblies • Suggest RM safety stock levels based on demand variability • Coordinate necessary resources for sample/prototype production • Proactively provide information concerning expected changes in delivery dates in case of constraints • Establish medium and long term capacity / production plan in close cooperation with BDM • Create short/mid-term production plan which uses available production resources in an efficient way • Control the status of realization of production orders • Initiate corrective measures when necessary • Measure, analyze and initiate corrective actions for specific KPI • Maintain specific ERP parameters • Supervise team of production planners • Participate in production meetings • Adjust production plan in case of resources constraint
• At least 3 year working experience in similar position; 2 year experience in manufacturing company is preferred • Basic understanding of ISO systems • Be able to maintain and improve customization, functioning of ERP system • Knowledge of Dynamics is an advantage • Other reporting tools e.g. Discoverer, Cognos… • Microsoft Office • Good English in communication and writing
