Report to: Technical Sales Manager
• Working with fertilizer producers, seed companies to develop the products of company; • Developing Calcium Carbonate and other principles to Agri - segment; • Creating the relationship with customers/distributors/farmers; • Co-ordinating with Technical Manager of company, providing technical support to customers; • Working with the Agriculture and Rural Development Department of provinces to find out the business opportunity; • Managing sales activities and customers of this segment; • Analysing the market situation, customers trend, activities of competitors and prepare the action plant accordingly; • Preparing sales forecast/target by monthly and yearly; • Co-ordinating with other departments to accomplish the work required; • Responsible for payment, overdue from customers; • Seeking new potential customers in Agri- segment; • Travelling for company business purpose;
• Have good knowledge of fertilizers and its application in agriculture • Speaking and writing English fluently. • Communication skill & team work. • Can using computer (word, excel, powerpoint, internet ...) • Graduated from HCMC University of Agriculture and Sylviculture, Can Tho University or other Universities which relate to agriculture... • Having at least 03 years working experiences in selling chemicals and fertilizer products to agriculture.
