• Identify business opportunities and product applications, especially for Japanese customers;
• Research the market to propose and develop actions plans and sales strategies;
• Working with technical team to work out technical and commercial proposals to meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Plan and solicit sales to achieve set sales targets within product
• Pursue sales leads, promote products and conduct orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with partners, key customers and develop new markets to have a wide range of customers in multi-fields (especially in factory automation for Japanese customers).
• Ensuring customers's satisfaction of Post Sales and After Sales Service
• Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Support and work with partners/distributors and sales team to implement sales plans and business strategies.
• Acting as marketing in such events as trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings...

• Good command of Japanese and English
• University Degree in Technical Engineering with at least 2 year experiences in selling machine or industrial equipment.
• Good networking connection with industrial factories
• Sales attitude
