• Develop individual Strategic Distributor (SD) technical strategies in support of SD achieving sales goals. • Consult and plan on implementation of Technical Services programs. • Implement and evaluate technical programs for SDs/customers. • Document results of technical programs/recommendations to quantify savings and/or cost avoidance for customers. • Identify and implement profit improvement opportunities with customers. • Work with frontline sales colleagues to develop new industrial and automotive customers and identify customer needs through investigation analysis. • Communicate proactively with technical staff in target accounts to promote early adoption lubricants and programs. Document engineering and other services rendered. • Identify and secure product upgrade opportunities. • Act as technical resource for Sales, SD/Distributor Lube Engineers (DLE). • Resolve technical problems regarding product or equipment performance in order to protect the company against unfounded litigation. • Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance, equipment functions, etc. • Conduct training for new technical and sales employees, customers and distributors on product knowledge, applications and programs. • Act as a mentor to DLEs providing on-the-job training product application knowledge. • Develop and carry out technical projects. • Review DLE customer interaction regularly to ensure quality of offering
• University graduate, Mechanical background is a must. MBA is preferred. • Minimum 8 year experience in technical position with 3 years in managerial positions. • High level of oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
