• Resourcing: - Performs and is involved in all recruiting processes ranging from: - Ensure vacancies in partnered functions are filled within agreed time frame; - Involve in recruitment process, e.g. screening CVs, interviewing candidates; proposing remuneration package, arranging on-board welcoming, probation evaluating, conducting orientation, etc. - Ensure to have a strong network in identifying talents in FMCG; - Co-define and jointly execute talent identification and development of the partnered functions, functional succession planning. • Culture building: - Lead Staff Activity Organizing Team to proactively and creatively organize staff wellness activities within the assigned budget; - Ensure HR policies are followed through in the organization. HR Development: - Implementating phases of HR projects on enhancing HR function and organization. Projects include but are not limited to competency, job description, job evaluation, salary survey, employee survey and staff communication. • HR Partnership: - Find a personal and professional way to better approach the partnered functions and become their trustworthy & excellent HR Business Partner. • Employer branding: - Participating in SIFE activities and build a good reputation of company in not only corporate but local university community also. • Manpower planning: - Ensure Functional structure and Headcount plan to be built and reviewed in accordance with business plan and fully approved by HR Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree/diploma - preferbaly within the HR or Social Sciences field • 5 years HR experience ideally in the FMCG sector with over 1 years in management level. • Experience in the range of employee relations; HR systems; staffing and talent managment, including recruitment and sucession planning
