•    Development
-    Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs that aligns to current and future capability needs of the business
-    Design, develop and consult on critical talent cycle components such as succession planning, hi-potential programs, talent assessments, key experiences, etc.
-    Ensure effective use of database of coaches/mentors for talent management.
-    Create evaluation and measurement tools to improve employee performance for organizational future development
-    Create, manage and maintain culture in which talents are recognized, developed and retained
•    Training and Development Management
-    Assess employees, work with managers of each department to identify training needs and align them with the company’s strategic goals.
-    Prepare training budgets and keep expenses stay within budget
-    Working with all employees, giving presentations, and leading training activities; liaise with internal and external parties for new and effective training materials.
-    Review training materials from a variety of vendors and select materials with appropriate content.
-    Teach training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors
-    Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
-    Develop tools and manage evaluation procedures to maximize training effectiveness
-    Update training programs to ensure that they are up to date and make the best use of available resources

•    Bachelor Degree in related fields
•    At least 3 years working exp in managerial role
•    Retail industry is an advantage
•    Good English communication.
