1. Apply strategic knowledge of the brewing plant and process in department • Managing production within the right quality and plan • Managing WWTP to ensure waste water to be treated within legal requirements • Controlling and optimizing all usages of production materials and energy • Managing to maintain machine and equipment in good conditions 2. Lead and manage plant, process, systems and services requirements in the department • Interept, develop plans and execute strategies. • Provide effective leadership and manage department to achieve the KPIs. • Manage to ensure conformance to specifications and standards. • Ensure effective application of the Manufacturing Way. • Conduct regular Global Evaluation of Manufacturing Assessment. 3. Lead the systemic brewing performance improvement and projects in department • Lead department improvement through effective systemic problem solving. • Identify and manage opportunities for improving department capability through systemic improvement. • Manage to ensure that process capability is optimised.
• University Degree – Major: Chemicals / Foodstuff / Chemicals Engineering with at least 3-year experience at same level • Good knowledge of production industry, food hygiene and safety. • Good problem analysing & solving, planning & organizing. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Good at AutoCad. • Can work under high pressure. • Characteristics: Careful, mature, result-oriented, decisive, responsible, enthusiastic
