• The Retail Sales Manger’s responsibility is to manage South and Central Vietnam retail operations. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values as well as increasing brand awareness, build and maintain good relationships among architects, interior designer, distributors and home owners.
• Plan, organize and execute activities to actively drive traffic into retail outlets and develop appropriate distribution channels surrounding Hafele outlets for overall Hafele product portfolio and in particular the sanitary product range. Implement a strong sales team, execute, monitor and generate turnover from the field generated sales (FGS) approach which focuses on small and medium sized projects by actively finding and developing new customers as well as open up and run new Hafele showrooms.
• Identify and create new customers through building strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, distributors and home owner/ builders.
• Demonstrate and ensure a sales approach and level of service that will attract and retain long term customers.
• Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
• Motivate, coach, train and develop Sales Executives for optimum sales performance and excellent customer service.
• Good understanding of the project sales, construction and real estate market.
• Manage sales personal that understand the approach to sales and service, and can accurately perform the sales procedures.
• Assists Sales Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Assist showroom customers in product selections and purchases in a manner that maintains long term relationships
• Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales.
• Find, open and run new showroom outlets throughout the South and Central of Vietnam.
• Encourage new ideas to improve sales procedure as to increase work efficiency and enhance sales.
• Prepare timely monthly reporting in accordance with company requirements and provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Ensure compliance with all showroom policies and procedures and accurate showroom inventory and sales reports with relevant department
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Attending various networking event to represent Hafele
• At least 5-10 years relevant experience
• University Graduation
• Leadership & problem solving skills
• Good people management skills with ability to inspire, guide and coach individuals
• Great attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the “big picture”
• Work independently and under high pressure
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dynamic, self-confident, hard and smart working
• Good command of English
• Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software, Excel, Words, Powerpoint).
