1. Production PlanningAndProcess

  • Daily production planning for Fabrication.
  • Monthly consumable/tooling planning for Pre and Fabrication
  • Line balancing of equipment is properly optimized.
  • Maximize productivity by full machine utilization.
  • Optimize people deployment

2. DocumentationOfKeySupport  And/OrManufacturingProcessesAndProcedures.

  • Criterion is developed to determine which procedure is “key” for documentation.
  • A standard format for documentation is developed.
  • Documentation is released through a proper control system.
  • New processes or process changes are evaluated, documented, and are conmpatible with coporate engineering and manufacturing information systems (batch card/production control card).
  • Process and throughput charts are updated and released on a regular basis (at least monthly)

3. ActivelyParticipatesInSolvingOperationalProblemsAnd ProviesTroubleShootingLeadership

  • Major operational problems are identified and remedies are developed.
  • Analytical trouble-shooting techniques are used to sovle problems.
  • Leads and/or paricipates in resolutions or problem, which may be people, machinery or process related.

4. Training & Development OfEmployees

  • Customized training program is developed for each pertinent NIR of process (includes on-the-job [OJT] instructions and short hours theoretical sessions and multi skill).
  • Training is conducted for new recruits as directed.
  • Performance appraisal for all DL
  • Motivate people with appropriate incentive
  • Conformity to Corporate EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and local regulations

•    At least 3 years (consecutive) as production supervisory in multination companies
•    BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
•    At least 3 years (consecutive) as production supervisory in multination companies
•    High ability to manage people
•    Ability to methodize and improve production processes.
•    Well developed oral and written communication skills.
