• Bachelor or higher level of related majors (Economy, Administration, Accounting and Finance,..) • Broad knowledge of accounting, business, administration and plant affairs • At least 7 years’ experience of related industry • Knowledge in plant process operation and business; Safety, production planning • Strong cooperative spirit and good interpersonal skill • Very good at Microsoft office, especially Excel • Intermediate English skill • Good communication skill (both in English and Vietnamese) • Essential skills: rigor, integrity, planning, organization • Analytical / Logical skills • Coaching and training skills • Be able to adapt changes and leading changes, self-motivated • Ability to work in high pressure environment
