• Identify, prioritize Shopper/RE Insights for specific RE (to be expert in the RE) • Develop RE Strategy and 5Ps by RE bases in RE and shopper expertise/insights • Adapt category promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the RE and customer • Adapt GTM plan by RE including selling story and 5Ps • Define the GTN investment guidelines for the RE • Develop 5P’s communication tools to to execute the plans • Analyze and plan to address gaps and opportunity from 5P tracking • Work with Retail shopper marketing to develop growth strategy , identify and lead RE Growth initiatives including shopper programs • Own RE perspective (identify gaps and solutions), within the monthly CBP discipline process • Develop robust RE Business analysis (e.g. SOM, Dist.) to be the expert on the business by RE • Lead regular ROI and ROO review • Develop and deliver RCD services to customers (category knowledge, category optimization and joint category planning) * • Define Budget Review/MYR volume plan & Financial Goals by RE aligned with commercial team
• Strong in analytical skil and business commercial understanding; shopper/ customer in MT background category management and team work oriented
