• Coordinate with Group Audit on the follow-up of action plans from their audit recommendations timely • Coordinate IC activities at level to ensure that report and assessment are completed in timely manner • Prepare ICC Action Plan in line with Action Plan (routine and non-routine activities). Define the action priority to get approval from the management • Support Business Process Owners to identify risks in business process & procedure and prepare appropriate, complete action plans • Follow up the implementation of action plans • In case of fraud, support management in investigations, definition and tracking of corrective action plans • Support Business Process Owner to identify the control gap and modify internal policy and regulation, if necessary • Review/test the effectiveness of internal policy and regulation (within the scope of annual Action Plan of ICC) • Co-operate with Corporate Audit for the preparation of the Audit plan and audit assignments • Follow-up of audit findings and develop action plans • Pro-active communicate any safety issue to CFO or Safety Manager • Reviews legal issues and files legal documents that Vietnam laws are requiring. • Reviews contracts/agreements and calculates off-balance sheet commitments. • Maintains legal reporting • Coordinate Group Package Insurance Process with • Managing local insurance broker who assigned by group insurance team • Coordinate insurance claim process
• Vietnamese Law & regulations: Understand Vietnamese Accounting/ Auditing Standards • Communication: Good • Minimum 4 years of experience in a foreign invested company, at Internal Control Function (or Audit Firm) • Strong educational background needed. • Project management skill • Knowledge in manufacturing, finance, sales, inventory and procurement area is preferable • General knowledge of internal control concepts and ERP
