•    Manage all Quality processes of the factory and South market to meet or exceed established goals/KPIs.
Ensure the optimal organization and performance of the company’s quality system in factory including the performance of the laboratory and hygienist.Handling of complaint. Work with with sales and production to follow up complaint handling process and  improvement
•    Be an Ambassador for our Quality systems to visitors, partners.
ISO 9001; ISO22000; NQMS; FSMS system Implementation
•    Keep key role in supporting factory to comply with local regulations and guidances from in relations with Safety, Health and Environment
•    Manage Quality Department Organization and support quality improvements
•    Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required
•    Ensure setting up and implementation of ISO 9001; ISO22000; NQMS; FSMS. Take lead of internal audit to ensure basic system in factory QMS, HACCP, SOP are followed.
•    Ensure planned Quality KPIs are met or exceeded. Analyze trend of defect, micro result to have proper action
•    Manage all projects in relation with Quality improvement initiatives
•    Work with factory in one team
•    Management and trouble shooting of factory quality problems
•    Ensure implementation of Quality awareness training program (GMP, HACCP, QMS, Hygiene, Food Safety)
•    Ensure relationship with suppliers and NW MT Quality Department
•    Develop / implement systems for Quality improvement
•    Handle market complaints & liaise with factory – feed-back to sales & help in customer/consumer response
•    Implement roles in FSMS team as assignment
•    Fully implement as appropritate assignment
•    Quantity of training courses conducted
•    Fully implement
