• Acting as Project Manager at the first initial construction stage of Plant
• Responsible for the handling of the permits of construction and collecting the internal information of project and technology, archive engineering information management company.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project work, according to the plan to organize the implementation of construction of the project; comprehensive management of the construction of the project, the process of supervision; guarantee progress, and ensuring quality control costs to complete the task of construction.
• Participate in drawings reviewing, construction organization design and discussion of the major construction program and audited, validated design, design drawings and design documents, presided over the technical meeting, participation and validation major material and equipment selection, review the major design and construction contract, audit checks on major technical issues of the project design and construction, and provide a reasonable proposal, and in conjunction with EHS, Legal Department, to implement the requirements of the Group, Division, and Delegation on the EHS, legal aspects
• Organize the project completion and acceptance data, preliminary inspection of the participating units and projects and individual projects, organizations completion and acceptance.
• Participate in project-related contracts and material & equipment supply contract, organize the contract negotiations with the contractor and supplier, and the team investigation.
• Prepare the necessary formality to the relevant government departments for bidding procedures.
• To direct and manage the production team and ensure that the right quantity and quality of products be on time while controlling costs;
• To improve the organisation, and to define the means of production (human resources, equipment).
• To manage the process systems (WCM 5S Kaizen ISO 14001 9001) in order to improve productivity;
• To uphold a safe work environment and ensure implementation of EHS policies (local laws and SG) as a priority
• Bachelor or Master of Mechanical / Industrial engineering
• English is a must
