• Enquiry processing • Order processing • Customers enquiries and complaints • Re-activating inactive customers • Gather information about new and potential customers • Cold-calling of potential customers • Managing local team (recruitment, training, salary and bonus, …) • This team will use European servers and existing software. Only communication aspect must be solved locally to improve quality and save costs.
Requirement • University degree in management or business • Experience in Western companies • English fluent • Experience in sales management or sales administration • Knowledge of mechanical sector(s) appreciated Conditions • Salary according to job market • Bonus on results
