Recruitment:
• Execute recruiting support for respective Business Units / Functions to meet fast-growing talent recruitment needs
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop an effective candidate pipeline for all positions including senior management positions through multiple sourcing channels
• Conduct in-take sessions, screening and interviews of candidates as well as perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates
• Manage the entire offer process including presentation, selection, negotiation and ensuring successful placements
• Stay informed of external market trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to have a competitive edge
Talent Management:
• Support line manager in driving performance management and key talent process such as setting PMP, collecting result and calibrating performance.
L&D:
• Conduct TNA, develop training course and evaluate training effectiveness
• Coordinate and administer all external training/ seminars/ workshops to enhance employees' capabilities toward meeting branch goals.
• Follow up with training report and result assessment.
Employee engagement:
• Administer employee engagement survey and support Line Manager in driving action plan.
• Be in charge of employee relations and perform other duties as assigned.
