• Recommend & implement the marketing plan business in Vietnam to drive the business to maintain a leadership position in Retail & HOD with an optimised usage of all resources (PFME & People). From time to time, when the Market Business Strategy (MBS) is updated, lead the market data collection and propose a Generating Demand strategy.
• Implement plans to ensure a profitable growth plan for the Retail and HOD businesses with development and launch of new products (and possibly new brands) and efficient communication platforms and media plan executions.
• Participate in optimising Distribution set up in order to gain significant visibility & Availability of all over Vietnam.
• Actively work with s Zone team Vietnam to set/agree priorities for the business and make the best use of possible synergies.
• Lead & coordinate with all partners (Advertising, Design, Public relations agencies, etc) to leverage best their know how and implication in line with business objectives & strategy.
• Report implementation progress and strategy development to CBM and foster a close collaboration with Zone AO team

• Implement permanent visibility programme to entrench ‘Path to Purchase’ effectiveness in all channels
• Ensure positive corporate image and good media coverage through sponsoring programmes, external communication (web, print, TV, etc…)
• Develop / implement training and development plans for Marketing executive
• Manage all Marketing activities, including sponsoring and PR events, within the allocated budget.
• 4 years experience as Marketing Manager in local company, or Senior Brand Manager in international FMCG company
