• Primary responsibility is to lead the maintenance strategy, using WCM methodologies • Manage, maintain safe working environment ensuring that a maximization of plant performance.
• Promote and manage a safe working environment that results in attaining the group target of ZERO accidents. Specifically, to ensure that safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices. • Ensure all sub-ordinates are fully briefed, counselled, trained and developed to meet department targets • Review, plan and implement maintenance ‘Best Practices’, achieving maximum plant uptime & supporting the manufacturing function in maintaining reasonable cost of operation. • To identify, develop and manage the maintenance budget, establishing a robust forward plan • To develop and operate a structured WCM (TPM – AP – PM) approach through Professional Maintenance, fully exploiting all opportunities to improve plant reliability and site utilities. • Make decision related to machine reliability lead to high plant performance. • Control maintenance budget to maintain smoothly machines running condition. • Innovate and manage for an effective organization. • Support product development to have new products. • Provide the technical information and support as requested.
