• Ensuring the compliance local and group policies on human resources management ranging from C&B, recruitment, employment process; • Implement HR policies and procedures and provide HR services to internal clients • Manage administration function; Key Accountabilities • Coordinate in recruitment process: preparation of POR, ERA for necessary approval, selection interview, salary package proposal (special attention should be paid to market data), and employment management. • Set up training budget and set up and implement training plan for factory staff • Coordinate Head Department to manage Performance Recognition. • Set up and monitor HR databases (employees profiles, employees database and Group data base) • Ensure a professional and efficient HR policy and procedure implemented in the factory including compensation and benefits procedures and follow up pay roll system, salary review, bonus scheme, labour contract management. • Work closely with Viet nam IA HR Manager, Industrial Director, Industrial Controller to contribute to set up headcount budget • Contribute to set up and implement annual salary review and performance bonus plan. • Contribute to set up and monitor salary budget for the plant through corporate merit increase process. • Set up and manage Administration budget. • Manage subordinator in scope, assignment, coaching and performance assessment. • Participate in activities of Safety Working Group. • Manage the activities of Administration Function (transportation, cleaning, laundry, staff canteen, healthcare service) and ensure that their tasks are in compliance in the Contracts and Company Requirement • Maintain the relationship between the management and staff: build up and maintain the communication channels between the management and employees, liaise and coordinate discussion with Labor Union; contribute to definition and negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement. • Prepare periodical reports to Vietnam IA HR Manager, Industrial Director and Group HR
• At least 3 years experiences as HR manager in production environment of an internal company; • Management of HR database • Fluent in English
