• Planning and implementing monthly/quarterly/annual personnel recruitment and training based on the development needs of the company
• Provide critical support to HR Head and Management in driving and accelerating HR strategy from Training & Development, Engagement, Retention and Compensation & Benefit. Ensure and continuously improve quality of HR services, achieving HR functional excellence under remit.
• Establishing remuneration policies and measures to enhance employees’ motivation and working efficiency
• Establishing and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for employees at all levels
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
• At least 03 yearsExperience in Human Resources Process In Multinational Company
• Leadership and management skills
• Planning, organizing, and supervising skills
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
