• Ensure all costing of product is accurate and achieve the set profitability target.
• Work with customer on capacity reservation and planning department which regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmation.
• Update and reply customer /supplier queries - email
• Handling Costing worksheets
• Communicate to customers on costing and daily issues
• Handling internal team and suppliers on daily issues
• Manage customer relationship and achieve customer's expectations
• Manage merchandising team effectively to ensure materials meeting respective PCD
• Recruit competent staff and identify training needs individual
• Intervening and resolving quality / shipment issues
• Work with customer to resolve bulk rejection, extension, complains. Collect debt from customers.
• Doing basic merchandising function to trouble shoot issues that cannot be handled by team member
• Negotiating Fabric and other Raw materials ordering the same.
• Decision making on production related issues and concerns Sample approval on time Materials on time
• Bachelor degree in Apparel Merchandising,
• 5-7 years of experience in the industry
• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (if Vietnamese is nature language)
• Convincing ability thru work or talking, team work, work under minimum supervision
• Patience and listening power
• Interest and hunger for knowledge
• Management & leadership skill, marketing skill, problem solving and work under pressure, time management, decision making
