Manage customer relationships & KPIs set by customers to meet company’s BP 
Ensure customers’ feedbacks and needs are being communicated to management team and formulated into company’s strategy
Manage the supply chain and merchandising team effectively to ensure no idle capacities  
Ensure FGL KPIs for each customer are achieved
Implement and improve processes to ensure effective running of Merchandising department.
Identify and develop new strategic customer relationships
Ensure all costing for confirmed orders are accurate and achieves the set profitability targets
Continue feedback to management team about the market trends and new development sectors 
Responsible for driving the entire sales and marketing team to meet the company sales plan year to year.
Accountable for identifying new business opportunities for getting in to new products categories as well as existing products through a solution driven approach
Focused on ensuring key KPI such as OTD/EPM and CM / Sales and PCD to facilitate the overall business.
Responsible for the price negotiations / getting the best cost from the suppliers and in return offering the best competitive prices the customers to meet their internal price challenges.
Local people are preferred 
Prefer Head of Representative Office of Garments companies
University degree, MBA/ Master degree is preferable
10 years of experience in garments/ apparel  industry & similar capacity
