• Ensure all works at site are carried out SAFELY & of GOOD QUALITY
- Work with Construction Consultant, Contractors to implement Safety policies, Standards and procedures on site
- Ensure the Contractors execute per Technical specifications
- Ensure Quality Controls and Tests are carried out as specified in the Contract
- Ensure local laws, regulations are complied with
• Evaluate Contractors Technical capabilities and past performance
• Supervise the construction and installations, making sure the works are at agreed-upon quality and within the set schedule
• Assist in development of detailed Construction designs
• Detailed costing
• Assist in the selection and procurement of Utilities, Industrial Kitchen equipment, Safety equipments, Access Control devices, Electrical equipment, Material Handling Equipment etc
• Coordinate design and implementation of Manufacturing Layouts
• Coordinate design and implementation of Interiors, fit outs
• Coordinate with Consultants to obtain all Approvals for Construction and starting operations
Strong Management and Coordination Skill
• Coordination, Planning, Leadership
• Have good knowledge & understanding Construction projects
Technical Skill
• Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Project, and AutoCAD
• Ability to generate, read and edit process flow diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams, and single line diagrams
• Familiar local Fire Codes, and international engineering standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO, IEC, NEC, API, etc.)
• Required to have good knowledge & understanding of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
• Costing for Civil construction, Electrical and Mechanical
• Sound knowledge of Vendors in Construction industry
• Lean Manufacturing is an added advantage
