• Manage production within the right quality and plan
• Managing to maintain machine and equipment in good conditions
• Controlling and optimizing all usages of production materials and energy
• Support and take part in the establishment of manufacturing operation system and procedures
• Observe production to ensure the safety and health of all personnel in operations.
• Communicate, guide and update subordinates on new policies, rules and regulations for understanding and implementation.
• Evaluate staff’s performance & recommend promotion
• Ensure effective application of the Manufacturing Way.
• Ensure compliance to ISO, OHSAS standards and GMP regulations required by local Ministry of Health.
• Ensure that production supply Marketing requirements in time and full delivery.
• Enforce security and safety rules and regulations and conduct daily inspection of the manufacturing facilities.
• Manage and develop staffs in team; create and maintain working environment
