• Give inputs, proposal and feedback for commercial strategies , distribution network
• Take responsibility for sales activity, distribution, merchandising and forecast
• Manage and ensure sales policy, distributor’s investments, etc. to be applied/implemented
properly and comply with policy
• Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved in Central
and Northern area (payment terms and debt)
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers in the region, manage conflicts between
BDCs and between BDCs and dealers as well as be the first contact point for any complaint
from customers
• Accountable for sales reports accurately and timely; update customers profile, competitor's
profile and market trend with appropriate suggestions to BU Head - BU Aquaculture monthly
• Coordinate BDC Staff sales training
• Plan to spend approximately 70% of time in field
• Graduation from Business Administration or Agriculture/Aquaculture University
• 3-5 year experience in senior sales and customer management or similar position is
essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven good records in sales management
• Mobile, highly team-oriented and able to work under pressure
