• Create a brand plan & brand strategy and ensure all aspects of products (packaging, printed
material, P&I & Market Intelligence…) and marketing activities aligned with the goals of the
brand
• Contribute to the forecast sales & volume for the swine & cattle portfolio, local change
application
• Play a key part to ensure all aspects of product sourcing and manufacturing aligned with
product strategy
• Present product training and technical supports for team, distributors and customers
• Analyze the product portfolio for swine and cattle with current strategies and highlight area of
weakness or conflict
• Initiate new product development to fill the portfolio gap following ’s processes
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with all stakeholders (SC, PS, T&R, SO…)
• Plan to spend approximately 40% of time in field
• Animal science or veterinary technical background and practical experience is essential
• Strong marketing capabilities required , and sales experience is an advantage
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
• Good team spirit, Self-initiative, self-motivated and endurance
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
