Specific :
• Preferably technical/may be MBA with 10 years min experience in plant operation specially warehouse and general management.
• Experience in warehouse management/ supply chain/element control.
• Capable of good planning, meeting daily/weekly/monthly resource allocation.
• Monitoring plant limit RM, variance of RM, monthly analysis.
• Knows basic accounting system to make plant cost control system.
General :
• He/she must be good in English
• Leadership quality to lead and manage a team of 20 people or more.
• Have safety knowledge
• Knows the function of plant working
