• Fluent in English/ Vietnamese both speaking and writing.

• Good sales and marketing skills.

• Good leadership skills, management, motivational abilities with strong initiative to carrier out tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Good understanding of sea freight, airfreight.

• Good understanding of customer’s requirement, market’s demand.

• Ability to work under pressure. Work independently based on given deadlines to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
