Sr. Associate, Retail Account Management
• Delivering & managing for result of PG (SR)/ stores and company objectives in assigned market:
- With KAM to set monthly KPI for Sales force.
- With KAM to plan and cascade sales targets and objectives into each store & PG (SR).
- Provide the tactics to deliver the targets and objectives.
- Closely tracking, follow up – follow through the targets, objectives and KPIs as well as giving solution for any GAP to ensure achievement.
- Analyzing sales and market situation as well as consult KAM for necessary solutions for sales growth and competition.
- Build / leverage relationship & partnership and working closely with key customer contact.
- Implement Activities/ Promotion and Field Operation Planning:
+ Implement new products listing on time in the stores.
+ Lead the team (PG/SR) to implement the promotion plan/ selling activities plan & dealing with customer for store execution.
+ Competitor & customer strategy changing update/report on time/ promotion evaluation/ data analysis and understanding …
+ Identify new opportunity in assigned area to consult to KAM to gain sales and win in store
• Lead and develop People:
- Ability to lead team (PG/SR) and ensure a good team commitment.
- Lead Team (PG/SR) to work with integrity, speed, personal ownership, winning results and people leadership.
- Ensure staff (PG/SR) capability by coaching & knowledge applying from training course (products knowledge, selling skill, basic call procedure, how to using call card effectively, objection handling, negotiating, KPI managing …).
- Using “Work with” to do coaching in field to each salesman.
- Seeking, selecting and recruiting PG/SR which follow recruitment process.
- Build tatent in team to upgrade the team capability.
- Tracking and evaluation staff performance.
- Motivating, retaining people and make team stable.
• Excellent In-store Execution:
- Ensure sufficient communication from Company Management Team to Field Team.
- Ensure maximum support from customer for all Company activities in return.
- Investigate and negotiate to get visibility and activities with good implementation for NSO/ Post/ campaign.
- Implement standard visibility in line with Plan-o-gram and dealing the good Space for non PNG Category under off-take performance.
- Implement Company Brands and activities are consistent, well display and performance in all stores in assigned customer.
- Manage Sale-In , Sales-Out and Stock Availability.
- Lead by store/ assigned area on sales reports, inventory report, KPI reports, promotion reports, HR report and other reports …
- Ensure for good implement in store advertising/ activation/ decoration to build awareness for consumer/ shopper.
- Ensure smoothly for ordering & receiving of store level in assigned area.
