• University degree- Preferably Major in Environment Engineering or Human Resources OR more than 5 years experience in handling Labour/EHS issues in Garment/Footwear factories
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, and Vietnamese.
• Excellent communication, (both written and oral), presentation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, and PPT)
• Knowledge of Vietnam labor, environment, and health and safety regulations and international labor standards
• Understanding of social compliance work from a U.S. and European customer perspective
• Understanding of the global supply chain business model and what role it plays in economic development and labor related issues in the garment industry
