Candidates Search & Selection
• Searching and hunting qualified candidates based on clients’ requests
• Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients
• Manage and consult with Clients in candidate selection process.
• Assist the negotiation process between Clients and candidates.
• Handle any complaints from clients / candidates.
• Help the successful candidate through their transition into client′s organization.
• Follow up the recruiting process until finishing the guarantee time
• Ensure the Executive Search & Selection service to be on time with good quality of candidates
Business Development:
• Look for potential clients, maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information
• Meeting customers to understand their inquiries and resolve customers′ claims or concerns if any
• Have at least 02 years of work experiences in Sales or recruitment
• High energy, enthusiastic, dynamic, hardworking sales person with the ability to work under high pressure.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication of both English & Vietnamese
