• Collect and analyze data in order to provide all kinds of report (cost, quality, productivity,...)
• Report to Management team about Lean implementation progress in the plant
• Support the lean implementation at all departements to achieve the goals
• Lead the team to implement the action plan
• Conduct the lean training to all levels in the plant
• Internal : All staffs at the company
• External : Lean team
• University graduate in engineering and/or industrial management
• At least 5 - 6 years in LEAN and PRODUCTION position
• Good communication, intercultural and team work skills
• Being active, flexible, organized-mind, persuasive and enthusiastic.
• Strong personality and be able to work under pressure.
• Capable of establishing and maintaining good relations between employer-employee
• Language skills (Basic English)
• Ability to read and understand all internal/ external documents.
