* Reporting to: Marketing Department * Overall Purpose: The primary role of Product Development Technician for Company’s Product Vietnam is to support Product Development team on the new product development (NPD) process, recipe/ applications development and support technical team on organizing product demo and workshops. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist the new product development (NPD) process to develop products from initial concept through production of assigned product categories, involve in brainstorm and define the product definition, conduct internal & external product testing. • Develop, construct recipe/ applications that enhancing the product benefits to support the launch of NPD • Conduct product instruction to associates on the new product launch; conduct product demo, training, workshop and seminars to support the launch • Document all the materials including recipe/applications, product definition/ information/benefits, report of internal and external testing of the products to utilize for training/ workshop/ seminars… • Coordinate with and support technical team to organize/ participate in product demo, training, mini-workshop (once a month) and keep update with bakery/ FS application and trend • Continue to update with bakery/ FS trends in the market, through monthly market visit to identify new opportunity for NPD and report to marketing team on opportunity discussion.
*Education, Experiences and Skills: • Strong knowledge of the assigned product category, good understanding of materials used to build Company’s products • Good oral and written communications skills. Strong interactive skills. High School or Tertiary School graduate, major in food will be a plus; • 3-5 years experience in cooking and bakery, cake-decorator will be a plus; • With rich knowledge and skill in pastry or bakery;
