• Control physical stock: avoid lost, missing and damaged
• Coordinate the processing, verification and storage of the incoming flows of goods    and the thereto pertaining documents in      conformity with the applicable instructions.
• Bear  responsibility  for  the  correct  execution  of  the  sales  orders  and  the  there to pertaining  documents within  the             established  period  of  time  in  conformity with  the applicable instructions.
• Ensure a proper warehouse organisation and deployment.
• Solve problems on site, ensure efficient running of the warehouse. 
• Controls the timely loading/unloading of trucks/containers. 
• Responsible for proper maintenance of equipment and racking. 
• Communicates inventory shortages/overages to necessary persons
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse management experience and 3 years of managerial level
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems
• Intermediate experience with Windows based applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
