• Define and implement product marketing strategies (market trend/ advertising/communication materials and promotion,…) for POULTRY biological products as well as pharmaceutical products and determining strategy for POULTRY product portfolio and new product launch 
• Manage marketing budget, forecasting, local change management 
• Maintain technical exchange with different subsidiaries and provide technical support to end-users and distributors 
• Manage technical training in-house, distributor, customer and business partner training 
• Manage good relationship with suppliers in term of forecasting, technical support and marketing incentive program 
• University degree in Veterinary/ Animal Science or equivalent 
• PhD or master degree on microbiology or virology is a plus. 
• At least three years working experience in Animal Health. Working experience in Animal Health companies with similar function is an advantage. 
• Good communication and Presentation skill, good team spirit 
• Honest, reliable, self-motivated and work independently 
• Fluent in English
