• Analyze company compensation policies in relation to similar jobs in comparable industries or geographic areas, and recommend changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive pay rates and ensure equity
• Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate market pricing; review and approve salary increases and advise HR head on compensation actions for employees
• Establish salary structures, develop salary budget, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation
• Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies
• Manage programs such as: deferred compensation plans, variable compensation plans, health insurance, disability insurance etc.
• Ensure compliance and risk management in operational activities and policy implementing
• Provide local support to local topics within allocated organization
• Acts as local mobility coordinator
Education
• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources
• English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form, plus Vietnamese language requirements as a must
Skills/Experiences
• 3-5 years’ experience in C&B or relevant fields
• Analytical skills is an advantage
• Remuneration structuring knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working and collaborating within a global organization and multicultural
environment
• Strong customer orientation and service delivery management
• Willingness to take on responsibility and be resourceful (using a wide-range of information sources)
• Knowledge of the country legislation regarding compensation and benefits
• Proficient in Excel and other IT applications, e.g. SAP is an advantage
• Experience in expatriate management is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule adherence
