Head Of Marketing - Customer Marketing Team Leader

1. Team Lead Of Local Customer Marketing Department 
Facilitate the team discussions and develop consolidated marketing plan and perspective 
Support people development and functional capability enhancement of local customer marketing department 
2. Cordination And Liaisoning With Regional/Local Counterparts 
Ensure harmonized approach accross SEA/APAC region and other departments 
Provide local insights and feedbacks to SEA/APAC region and other departments 
3. Channel Strategy Development 
Define mid/long-term channel strategy including channel selection in line with country go-to-market strategy 
Monitor channel trends and support strategic decision making for country go-to-market strategy, reflecting channel changes/needs 
Develop alternative channels in anticipation of market trends and in order to decrease exposure to a single channel 
4. Channel Strategy Execution 
Lead channel segmentation and define clear value propositions/channel investments for each
segment in line with strategic fit and define clear target setting including related financial plans for each segment 
Define commercial strategy and distribution policy for each channel 
Collaborate with sales managers on go-to-market implementation, monitor channel interactions, coach the sales force and ensure alignment on different interaction strategies 
5. Regular Update Of Channel Segmentation And Commercial Policy 
Establish a management cycle to develop long term relationships with existing and new channels reflecting grower preferences and market trends as well as identifying differentiation and partnering potential for CS 
Establish a management process to ensure channel performance management, including clear target setting, constant follow-up, incentivization in line with actual performance and continuous performance improvements for channels 
6. Activity Monitoring And Continuous Process Improvement 
Monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of go-to-market plan execution; track KPIs against plan 
Lead integration of channel requirements in marketing plans and identify and implement cross-selling/up-selling opportunities for assigned channel group 
Acquire proper feedback from channel customers to further optimize our channel management approach and offers 
Provide required information in the local S&OP process for stable product supply and effective inventory management 
Ensure product stewardship/defense activities including proper Crop Protection usage avocations, anti-counterfeits, etc. 
University graduated from Business Management or equivalent 
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Channel Management/Sales or related field is required for this position 
Highly numerical and analytical, with strong computer skills 
Problem solving and influencing skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
Strong in Leader ship & strategy
Good at English
