Safety, Health And Environment
•    Knows about the safety system and have knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
•    Develop and implement safety systems and procedures for specific activities associated with process, machine and equipment when needed. Responsible for ensuring that safety systems and procedures are in place and adhered to at all the time.
•    Make sure that employees are properly trained on respective EHS policies.
•    Make sure that employees always comply with EHS regulations during operating equipment and machinery.
•    Develop cleaning plans in shift; arrange manpower to have the plans done to make sure a clean and tidy working environment.
Production
•    Manage a team of 70 to 100 people in different shift operation.
•    Recruitment and Training of new employee as and when required
•    Ensure discipline of people attendance for working and leave taking
•    Manage overtime within specified limit and target to reduce it.
•    Meet the production demand as per planning requirement
•    Good learning and understanding about product specification and delivered quality
•    Work closely with different department to optimize production and efficiency
•    Monitor daily production data waste analysis, Overall equipment efficiency
•    Plan to improve the performance in different parameters of Availability of equipment, Quality Factor.
•    Optimize Raw material consumption and daily monitoring of Raw material consumption.
•    Analysis of shift performance.
•    Build and maintain good team work and industrial relationship.
•    Immediate decision making for any problems to guide and monitor as a leader for production team.
Quality
•    Maintain and deliver product quality as per product specification.
•    Knows the process of production line which impact on quality of product.
•    Train and operate the production line as per the process control and product control parameter. Note down any deviation and do root cause analysis.
•    Make sure that product manufactured conforms to product specification in all.
•    Ensure online quality inspection as per quality control system and develop new system to improve.
•    Implement LEAN projects.
•    Quickly solve unstable status found in production line which may lead to quality issues or machine damages.
Cost Effective
•    Meet budget objectives for variable cost and continually seek areas to reduce costs.
•    Monitor overtime and contain within budget limitations.
•    Propose action plans on cost saving projects and implement the projects.
Reporting
•    Report to Plant Manager on
•    Analysis report of production performance and RM consumption
•    Production performance in term of cost, quality and delivery
•    Training and development status of team member.
•    Report any unsafe behaviors of employees or equipment and machinery.
