• Update, manage and maintenance material master data in the system SAP
• Communicate with SC for demand, sales forecast as well as challenge the sales gap, forecast accuracy, abnormal sales…
• Make master planning schedule and production plan
• Make material planning and purchase order
• Make the Logistics report like PCT, release, receipt, weekly and monthly inventory, short self-life items.
• Calculate the MPS, MRP.
• Follow up and action on the material and finish good delivery as plan.
• Set up and create code, data as well as master data in the system SAP.
• Every month meeting with Supply chain to capture the demand as well as forecast to make the master planning schedule with consideration of man power and machine capacity accordingly.
• Weekly meeting with production to make the weekly plan, monthly plan due to the master production plan with suitable manpower and machine capacity.
• Daily issue production order and follow up the plan.
• Run MPS and MRP to provide the quantity for material ordering.
• Follow up and manage the delivery of Finish goods for customer.
• Follow up material delivery schedule strictly, make sure enough material to avoid interruption production.
• Control stock coverage level and inventory as KPI.
• Make and issue the related SOP.
• Responsible for validation and data input to system
• Responsible for coordinator with other department from region, ID&I, market, Plant production, RA… to propose, follow and manage the lead time, process and the status of the projects.
• Follow up and take action of issues under responsibility mission.
• Plant supply chain budget

Training
• Fields related to Economics like foreign trade, Business administration, industrial management.
• Office Computer level (Ms Word, Ms Excel, mail, power point , access)

• Vietnamese, excellent in English
Specific experience and knowledge
• Well knowledge on SAP (MPS, MRP system)
• Experience in production plan making in the fast food or Pharma company Understand well the production management system like MRP, MPS, DRP
