• Manage the logistics activities (Production and material planning)
• Communicate with SC for demand, sales forecast as well as challenge the sales gap, forecast accuracy, abnormal sales, SLA proposal….
• Responsible for the master planning schedule, production plan and material plan.
• Make the Logistics report like PCT, release, receipt, weekly and monthly inventory, short self life items, high inventory, provision…
• Lead the monthly meeting like MPS, Logistics meeting, weekly meeting…and propose and follow up the action
• Follow up and action on the issue of the goods delivery, material constraint.
• Handle the project related to Logistics improving, harmonization and artwork change (small change) like inventory reduction, logistics flow, lean project and others
• Be trained and capture the software which related to planning and budget like M2, SAP, TIP software, Pro, ADS…
• Training staff the planning methodology and the software guidance to understand as well as operation in the system.
• Manage warehouse activities (Storage, management, HSE, investment…)
Production Plan.
• To communicate with market, supply chain about the sales demand, demand Gap, forecast, forecast Gap, Forecast accuracy, events, regulation, information which impact to Plant planning activities to adjust the master plan.
• Understand the S&OP meeting content and challenge market supply chain the forecast accuracy, Service Level Agreement of Make to Order and Make to Stock.
• To make master production schedule (monthly, rolling monthly at least 12 months, yearly, transfer, pruned or repatriation) and regulate the production based on Supply chain information, safety stock policy, delivery time and real capacity of the factory.
• To make the yearly budget, tendency and Long range plan with evaluation with the history and potential up and down risk assessment. Make the slide for budget review and global presentation as requirement of region related to budget, LRP and tendency.
• Meeting every month, week and urgent meeting with production, warehouse, other related departments (QA, Maintenance, QC)… to capture the production status, warehouse status, quality status and have the action in time.
• To control and follow up material and product status from receiving supplier delivery, custom clearance, receiving, quality testing, production processing to delivery for customer in time.
• To propose the yearly budget of finished goods, raw material, packaging material as well as consumable.
• Make the monthly KPI report like Logistics KPI dashboard, Scorecard, Monthly highlight reports, MPS meeting.
• To make the yearly budget of Capex, Opex to reflect the LRP (long range plan).
• To make any reports and statistics which related to demand, production and material plan.
Material plan
• Lead on the validation schedule plan for the new material stability to avoid the potential OOS or production interruption and write off optimization.
• Proposal the quarterly RM stock policy base on the cross requirement of budget, tendency, material specification, ordering factors (MOQ, pack size, self life), warehouse factor (Zpack, capacity).
• Review the provision and destruction proposal to avoid the unnecessary slow moving products.
• To be responsible for assuring the manufacturing components (raw material, Packaging material, consumable ....) for workshops and other departments.
• To communicate with supplier and to control follow up and push for RM and PM delivery in time.
• Manage and follow up the receiving times according to capacity agreement with QC department and report the KPI on that actual result.
SAP system management
• Mange the system (master data maintenance, planning methodology, Planning constraints in system…) to assure the system running smoothly.
• Check and clear the unused or pruned SKUs and create (or coordinate) for new code.
Others related to planning
• Responsible for writing, update the SOP related to production, material plan, ordering SOP and SAP instruction.
• Manage and propose the documentation flow for simplify documentation in order to have smooth communication information for all planning staffs and follow quality regulation like GMP…
• Take care and responsible for GMP audit, internal audit…
• Project related the inventory, Logistics flow, planning, Just in time supply.
• Make the monthly KPI and dashboard report (PCT, inventory, ISL, OOS, inventory projection…), make the explanation for alert and OOS in eroom.
• Review the monthly compliance of Service Level Agreement for Make To Order and Make To Stock, propose and advice for manager the improving methodology if any.
• Make the forecast and sales analysis as well as sales OOS risk assessment report for Site Director.
Human Resources organisation
• To build, update, and maintain a system of allocating human resources, training planning and warehouse officers, managing, and compiling procedures to comply with the common activities and regulation of company like SOP, GMP...
• To coordinate with concerned departments to perform, control, follow up the common activities and projects of HSE, GMP, company policy…
• Write the Job description and job assignment for staffs, objective, performance evaluation of quarterly, mid and end year.
Warehousing
• To assure the warehouse activities effectively to issue components for workshops and concerned department in time.
• To assure the warehouse arrangement logically in place and in system according to company procedures (HSE, GMP…)
• To manage the WH to consist with the SOP without any exception.
• To anticipate warehouse capacity base on the long range plan and improvement to assure that warehouse run smoothly.
