Channel Development
• Lead to develop, deploy and track the plan to drive TT channel sales fundamentals including coverage stores, productivity, perfect stores execution.
• Collaborate with customer marketing team to develop corporate display program and perfect store standard for TT and MT channel.
• Work with TT sales manager to access and improve the effectiveness of route to market model.
• Plan and track headcounts of field sales force in MT and TT.
• Plan and track the budget for sales force in both MT and TT.
Building Sales Capability
• Develop standard of training material for TT and MT field sales force, new hire sellers
• Develop qualification standard for all sales level
• Collaborate with trainers internal/external to lead training / coaching program for sales team.
• Lead annual major event for Vietnam sales team including sales convention, fiscal year roadshow
• Lead the award and recognition program for sales team.
• Monitors Trade Returns, and propose corrective actions to reduce actual levels and values
• Co-leads the Sales Team’s budget setting process, and ensures targets assigned to Channels/Geographies/Customers are fair and appropriate
• Supports the Sales Director/Country Manager in the overall tracking of functionals, and provides recommendations to ensure budgets are not exceeded
• Degree or equivalent Bachelor’s degree
• Should have experiences in Sales TT channel and sales capability in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company
• Passionate in working with people and capability development
