• Leading True Scorecard and Joint Business Plan with customer: Leading Key Account Manager and working collaboratively with customers to review, analyze business opportunities. Joint develop key business measures, target and business plan with customers for full year. Tracking the execution and leading quarterly business review, top to top engagement with customers.
• Building Sales Fundamentals: Leading the team to develop plan, sell to customer and deliver improvement on distribution of key skus, reducing out of stock at store level, executing right pricing and promotion strategy, delivering fair space share, right planogram, fair display share and feature share accordingly our brand market share.
• Building Standard Operations in MT channel: Represent customers to provide the input to stock forecasting, annual budgeting process, customer marketing project and marketing activities, collaborate internally to drive the process of fund management. Monitor weekly & monthly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on a regular basis and report to all concerned.
• Building organization: provide training, day to day coaching to team members to improve team capability. Deliver Performance Management Process for self and team members with best quality and in timely manner. Remove internal and external barrier for team member to deliver the business results.
• To comply with company policy, code of conduct and drive integrity culture in the team.
• At least 5 years experience in relevant position in FMCG company, prefer candidate with multinational company
• University graduate or higher.
• English fluently and team work with people management skills
• Able to work independently with periodical support from NSM
• Strong in strategic thinking, Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving & Decision making, Initiative & Follow through, Customer business Analysis
• Strong in Customer Business Management, Program Execution Management, Direct Sales, Merchandising, Pricing & Packaging Strategy
• Require to visit stores regularly in order to understand shoppers needs and competitions
