To provide team with expertise in category development and evaluation, trend information to help identify opportunities and category management support to help gaining the best category sales. To handle the promotion planning, NPD, documentation, implementation and evaluation to help growing category & brand sales and gain incremental profit contribution with budget control towards achieving a leadership position.
Responbility & Accountability
• Utilizes category vision/ market intelligent/ consumer insights/trends to develop category plans, including strategies and tactics to deliver projected sales and margin as company strategy.
• Develop assortment product/ pricing, promotion strategic by channel, by geography for assigned categories
• Work with Marketing for NPD plan for making forecast, channel distribution/ pricing strategy by channel as build IMC to build growth categories.
• Build CTL through understanding of trade category vision, customers and work with Sales Manager such as category management, build JBP with MTM.
• Identifies leverage opportunities in market/ trend to make growth sales and gain share for assigned categories
• Making monthly promotion activities plan for MT/GT and process all procedure: document approval, sales brief activities, implement tracking, evaluation.
• Undertake Sales Analysis i.e. Sales by sales man, by channel, by geography so as to strengthen “weaknesses” or fill opportunities via targeted sales strategies/actions.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the Trade environment trends, customers and competitors.
• Working with Marketing to make IMC for NPD as: join NPD meeting, forecast, develop POSM and design with agency, developing launching plan.
• Working with operation and demand planning for forecast volume, stock and allocation by region.
• Working with finance for tracking actual, TSP and evaluation promotion evaluation
• Handle special assignments according to the department needs
• 2-3 years of solid Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience.
• Bachelor degreed is required
