• Manage and support Distribution Centers in achieving sales target
• Give inputs, proposal & feedback for commercial strategies & distribution network
• Take responsibility for sales activity, distribution, merchandising and forecast
• Manage and ensure sales policy, distributor’s investments, etc. to be applied/implemented properly and comply with policy
• Be accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved in assigned area (payment terms and debt)
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers in assigned region, manage conflicts among and between and dealers as well as be the first contact point for and their customers
• Be accountable for sales reports accurately and timely; update customers profile, competitor's profile and market trend with appropriate suggestions to BU head monthly
• Coordinate sales training for staff
• Background in related sciences (aquaculture, veterinary…)
• At least 3-5 years experiences in similar responsibilities, preferable with international company
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and self-motivated
• Proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
