Channel Sales Manager (Centre & North Areas)

Manage and support Distribution Centers in achieving sales target
Give inputs, proposal & feedback for commercial strategies & distribution network
Take responsibility for sales activity, distribution, merchandising and forecast 
Manage and ensure sales policy, distributor’s investments, etc. to be applied/implemented properly and comply with policy
Be accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved in assigned area (payment terms and debt)
Build and maintain good relationship with customers in assigned region, manage conflicts among and between and dealers as well as be the first contact point for and their customers
Be accountable for sales reports accurately and timely; update customers profile, competitor's profile and market trend with appropriate suggestions to BU head monthly
Coordinate sales training for staff
Background in related sciences (aquaculture, veterinary…) 
At least 3-5 years experiences in similar responsibilities, preferable with international company
Good communication in Vietnamese and English
Strong organization and interpersonal skills
Team spirit and self-motivated
Proactive, reliable and can-do attitude
