• Engage and consult Full System/solution Proposals for Developers, Specifiers (Architects, Consultants, QS, etc) to apply to their projects that are under Designing Stage. • Convince Specifiers, General Constructors to use products/solutions in the Tender Document (under Construction Stage for Design and Build). • Follow up and work with Project Sales to hand over the specified projects at Main Cons, Sub Cons stage to deliver and secure spec and volume • Help Specifiers to understand about drywall systems in order to divert traditional brick wall to innovation drywall. • Update the Tracking Data Base in project pipeline with detailed status, specifier profiles including architects, contractors. • Conduct small seminars/call visit to run and sell system/service to developers and specifiers • Build close network with specifiers community • Ensure 51% projects in the pipeline to be specified with North spec team
• Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (preferable with additional commercial degree or experience). Preferable with 1 – 2 years working experience in spec or project sales of construction materials industry • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Well organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues • Highly self-motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire • Good analytical skills • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition • Be initiative and pro-active computer skills - MS Office, CAD drawing • Good in English (written and oral) • Smart, potential to grow further • Willing and able to accept a significant degree of responsibility • Good interpersonal relationship skills, • Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms Experience • Could be fresh but potential to fast learn and grow, preferable with 1- 2 years specification pre-sales experience or project sales in construction materials Key Interfaces • Sales: closely work Project Sales to hand over and secure spec and volume • Marketing: work with Categories Managers to ensure new and innovative products/system to be used and specified, work with Technical Manager to ensure right docs and right technical advice to be provided KPIs • North volume of board, metal, mineral fiber ceiling tile, etc • Spec rate 51%
