• Conduct accurate financial reports to specific deadlines • Manage budgets, arrange new sources of finance for company's debt facilities • Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy • Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, • Formulate strategic and long-term business plans • Analyse competitors and market trends • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out • Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure • Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects • Manage a team of 10 accounting staff including accounting, cost control/analyst • Other tasks and duties assigned by the General Director
• University degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance • At least 7 years of progressive financial and personnel responsibility • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues • Good leadership skills, yet a positive and open-minded team player • Well developed written and oral communications skills with proficiency in English • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)
