• Responsibility to achieve both volume growth and profitability targets as assigned annually by the company. • Develop distributors network, ensure optimum relationships and alignment with key distributors • Build & maintain good relationships with customers to ensure continuous business growth • Find solutions and necessities to the customers. • Elaborate and manage Sales Budget. Manage the reporting of business KPI´s defined • Measurements/Performance Indicators : Overall achievements versus Budgets & Other Business KPIs • Forecast the sales in bottles and have all information related to bottles itself
• At least 08 years in the same position preferable in construction fields. • Ability in developing and administering a marketing program. • Strong leadership and consensus building skills; sales management and strategic planning experience; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. • Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and English • Good presentation skills • Good skills in Sales and marketing. • Creative and diligent, able to bring new ideas • Strong leadership & self-confidence.
